 Special Features
Bed is made from 25 Grade Cast Iron of 180 BHN hardened, strictly inspected with Microlevel, Hardness Tester and Straight Edge.
Boring of Head Stock is done on WMW boring machine fitted with induction hardened and ground Spindle made from alloy steel.
Apron is totally enclosed oil bath system with lever type arrangement for automatic feeds.
HEAD STOCK is totally enclosed oil bath system & gear made from EN-8 (Liquid night riding)
DOUBLE SCREW NORTON GEAR BOX :- Provided as time Sever equipment with separate Thread & Feed Shaft. Thus, feed & thread gears
  could be changed reqpidly and decreases the wear and tear in Half nut and Lead Screw.
Hexagonal shaped Tail Stock with hardened and ground tail stock Spindle made from alloy steel having external and internal grinding.
Instruction Manual as per indian Standard IS-1878 (part -I) 1971.
